Attendance Protocol

Parents must report unscheduled absences no later than 08:00 on the day of the absence. Send an email to godfreym@excellaschool.rw or a text via whatsapp +250784231550 with the student's full name, grade level, and reason for absence.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Campus gates open at 07:00. Students must be on campus by 08:20. Afternoon dismissal is at 16:30.School buses depart no later than 16:50 and external vehicles must follow the designated affic flow in the school parking.

Uniform Policy

Students must adhere to the standard Excella School uniform at all times. Modifications are not permitted. Physical Education uniforms are required only on scheduled PE days.

Technology Requirements

Students in middle school and high school  must bring a fully charged chromebook daily to access our digital learning platforms. All other unathorized eleconic devices will be confiscated until the end of the academic year upon detection.
